Family Connection Committee
Mission
To honor caregivers' commitment of service to their elder family members by providing information and support from experienced caregivers.
Expectations:
- Attend meetings held monthly.
- Help develop ways and means for local family caregivers to tell us what they need and how our community can effectively assist them.
- Help disseminate information from caregivers to the Elder Care Network and the community at large.
- Have had the personal experience of providing assistance to a frail elder family member
