Donna Brumbaugh

Donna Brumbaugh is a private care consultant, manager and guardian and asists elders and their families. She developed American Elder Advocates in 2006. Donna has worked with children with special challenges, acute care hospital patients and long term care residents by providing occupational therapy services in those settings. She was the long term care ombudsman for Larimer County as a resident rights advocate and also volunteers in the community by serving on advisory councils such as the Season’s Club, Options for Long Term Care and the Senior Law Day project sponsored in part by the Eldercare Network. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for the Elderhaus Adult Day Programs. She is a member of the Case Management Society of America, an affiliate member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers, National Guardianship Association and the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado. Donna is currently working on a degree in Psychology at Colorado Christian University.
