Donna Schaffer

Forget-Me-Not Senior Services, LLC, is a Nurse-owned and operated Geriatric Care Management company that offers medical oversight and management of services for our Clients. Assistance offered includes home visitation for medical and safety assessments, medication management, education regarding illness and treatments, visits with Clients to medical appointments, assistance with placement as needed, and recommendation and coordination of local services to help our Clients remain Independent as long as possible. Donna has worked in health care for the last 28 years. Her nursing background includes experience with Geriatric patients throughout her career; in Hospitals, Long Term Care, and in Family medicine. Donna volunteers as a Parish nurse, and she and her Golden Retriever, Lucky, volunteer with HABIC, Human Animal Bond in Colorado, as well, bringing the unconditional love of a pet to those in nursing homes in Fort Collins. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
