Kirsten Hartman

Kirsten Hartman is a geriatric care manager. Upon moving with her family to Ft Collins in 1998, Kirsten opened her own care management agency, Seniors in Transition, as she had been a care manager in New Mexico. Her cases include care management, money management, acting as Medical Power of Attorney, guardian and personal representative. Currently Kirsten is a member of the Colorado Gerontological Society, and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Kirsten has been an active member of Elder Care Network (ECN) for 11 years serving as chair of several committees including Senior Law Day. Currently she is co-chair of the ECN.
