Lana L. Olsson is a Registered Dietitian and a board-certified specialist in Gerontological Nutrition. She is an independent practitioner providing advice, support and service to senior residents of independent and assisted living communities in northern Colorado. Services available include: Private counseling to individuals/families with nutrition challenges; Unique interactive nutrition programs that enhance quality of life for seniors; Menu evaluation, recipe analysis, kitchen inspection & employee training to meet State & Federal regulations.
