Before a formal care plan has been developed, you can begin to search for community resources for the care recipient. These resources might include homemaking and care services, financial and legal services, sources of information, and recreational facilities. You can locate these resources from web searches, the telephone directory Yellow Pages, physicians and geriatric care managers, senior centers, hospitals, and national organizations.<p>
