- Life's Transitions Group sponsored by Elderhaus. Meets every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. For more information contact Joanne at (970) 221-0406.
- Stepping Stones Adult Day Program Caregiver support group with free respite care. Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. - 12 noon. at First Christian Church, 2000 N. Lincoln, Loveland. For more information call 970-669-7069.
- Life After Stroke Support Group sponsored by Center for Neurorehabilitation Services. Provides support and education about coping and recovering from a stroke. Stroke survivors, family and caregivers are welcome to attend. Meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 12:30 p.m. -2 p.m., First Baptist Church, 900 E. Prospect Rd, Ft. Collins. - Support Group for Baby Boomers Dealing with Aging Parent Issues meets the 4th Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m., 1136 E. Stuart St, Building 2, Suite 2240, Ft. Collins. For more information please call 970-391-0200
