Grieving loss of mother's relationship

Kay is feeling grieve over the loss of her relationship with her mother due to dementia. Her mother is living in an assisted living facility near her home, and she visits often, but feels sad that her former relationship no longer exists. Kay is also trying to deal with her feelings for her siblings who are unwilling to offer help with the care of her mother.
