HI Jackie

I can see that you have a lot on your hands.  I have several comments for you.

1. In order to help you more, addtional information is needed.  There are several of us in the elder Care Network who are private geriatric care managers.  Our job is to help people like yourself sort out what supports are needed. Additionally however, you can contacted Lynette McGowan at the Larimer County Office on Aging ( phone 498-6807)?  She is a free resource that can also help you determine supports depending on your mother's income.  There are private  pay non-medical home care companies, as well as some that will take Medicaid if your mother is on Medicaid.

In terms of Mom's falls, I suggest you have her see her doctor for a referral to a physical therapist.  The physical therapist can then help you to see what is the cause of her falls, and if there are preventive measures that can be taken.  For example is she falling on throw rugs?

Hope this gets you started in the right direction.
