The Office on Aging, along with the Elder Care Network, invite you to join us, along with a few other family caregivers to tell us your experiences as a caregiver We want to know of your challenges and your successes, as well as your suggestions about how community services could better support you.
This is second of a two part conversation. At this time, participants from the previous week's conversation will talk about how they are managing their caregiving role and what they need to make it easier to take care of themselves. Available resources will be addressed.
Your story and ideas will be helpful to us as the Network considers changes in how support is provided to caregivers in our community. Likewise, if you have particular questions or concerns, we will see that you get the information you need.
The Elder Care Network is a network of over thirty service providers, from both the private and public sectors of our community, whose mission is to provide information to families to help them in their role as caregivers.
We will limit the group to the caregivers who attend Caregiver Conversations Part I.
